Hotline Monthly Reporting
As part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, the Tourism Best Management Practices (TBMP) program publishes monthly reports throughout the summer season.
These reports provide a summary of hotline calls, community feedback, and tourism-related observations received during the month. By sharing this information publicly, we help community members, tourism partners, and local leaders stay informed about visitor-related concerns and successes while tracking trends over time.
The reports also help identify recurring issues, measure the effectiveness of solutions, and support ongoing collaboration between the tourism industry and the Ketchikan community.
